Frequently asked questions

How does the RSVP form work?
Every published invitation has an RSVP button. A guest taps it, chooses attending or not attending, sets how many people are coming, optionally picks drink preferences and leaves a message. The reply appears in your dashboard immediately.
Do guests need an account to RSVP?
No. The RSVP form opens in the phone browser and asks only for a name and the answers you enabled.
Can I choose which questions the form asks?
Yes. Guest count, drink preferences and the message field can each be turned on or off in the editor.
Where do I see the replies?
In your dashboard: a live list of every guest, their answer, party size and message, with totals for attending and declined.
Can I export the guest list?
Yes, the guest list can be downloaded from your dashboard so you can share it with a venue or caterer.
Can I set an RSVP deadline?
You can state the deadline in the invitation text, and you can close RSVPs by unpublishing or editing the invitation at any time.
What happens if a guest changes their mind?
They can open the same link and send a new reply, and you can also edit any entry yourself in the dashboard.
Is there a limit on the number of RSVPs?
No. One payment covers the invitation and any number of guests replying to it.
