Refund Policy

1. Digital nature of the product

Velure sells digital goods — online invitations that are delivered and published immediately after purchase. Because the product is delivered instantly, by completing checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal (where applicable) may be lost once the invitation is published.

2. 14-day refund window

Despite the above, we offer a goodwill refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • your invitation has not yet been shared with guests, and
  • no RSVPs have been received through the published invitation.

Refunds in these cases are issued to the original payment method.

3. Technical issues

If a defect on our side prevents you from using the invitation you paid for and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the time elapsed.

4. Subscriptions

If we offer recurring subscriptions, you can cancel renewal at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges; the current paid period remains active until its end and is not prorated.

5. How to request a refund

Send a request through our contact page including the email used at checkout and the Paddle order reference from your receipt. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and typically reach your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than your bank can. Disputed transactions opened without first contacting us may result in suspension of the related account.
