Terms of Service

1. About Velure

Velure ("we", "us", "our") is operated by ИП INOVA and provides an online platform that lets you design, publish and share digital invitations for events such as weddings, birthdays and celebrations. By accessing or using velure.agency (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use the Service.

3. Payments and billing

Paid features are sold through our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited, which handles checkout, billing, invoicing and applicable taxes on our behalf. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where supported. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for the refund window that applies to our products.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photos, text and other materials you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Velure a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and deliver Your Content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you upload.

Velure and ИП INOVA retain all ownership rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, branding, documentation and underlying technology.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Velure to:

• publish illegal, harmful, hateful or sexually explicit content;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• send spam or attempt to harvest data from invitation pages;
• interfere with, probe or attempt to break the Service.

We may suspend or remove invitations and accounts that violate these rules.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep Velure available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss or factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Published invitations may be taken offline if the related account is closed.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velure's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page; continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
