Everything people usually ask before making their first online invitation — price, RSVPs, sharing, editing and privacy.
Getting started
What is Velure?
Velure turns an event invitation into a single mobile page with your photos, details, music, map, countdown and a built-in RSVP form, shared as one link or QR code.
What kinds of events can I use it for?
Weddings, birthdays for adults and children, baby showers, anniversaries, engagements, graduations, corporate events and general parties.
How long does it take to make one?
About ten minutes once you have your date, venue and a couple of photos.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free account keeps your drafts and guest list. Guests never need one.
Price and payment
How much does an invitation cost?
$29, paid once per published invitation. There is no subscription and no per-guest fee.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. You can build and preview the entire invitation for free and pay only when you publish.
Are taxes included?
Local sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country; the final total is always shown before payment.
Can I remove Velure branding?
Yes, for an optional +$5 at checkout the small Velure footer link is removed.
Guests and RSVP
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. They tap the link or scan the QR code and the invitation opens in their phone browser.
What does the RSVP form ask?
Name, attending or not, party size, optional drink preferences and an optional message — you choose which of these to show.
How many guests can I invite?
There is no limit, and the price does not change with guest numbers.
Can guests see each other's replies?
No. Replies are visible only to you in your dashboard.
Editing and sharing
Can I edit the invitation after sending it?
Yes, as often as you like. The link stays the same and guests always see the current version.
How do I share it?
Send the link in WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram, Instagram or email, or print the QR code on a card.
How long does the invitation stay online?
For as long as your account exists, and you can unpublish it yourself at any time.
Can I add music?
Yes — a track from the library or your own upload, which guests can mute.
Privacy
Can strangers find my invitation?
Published invitations live at a private link and are excluded from search engines, so only people you send the link or QR code to will see them.
What happens to guest data?
RSVP answers are stored in your account so you can manage your event, and are not sold or shared.
