What does the form ask?
The guest's name, whether they are attending, how many people are coming, optional drink preferences and an optional message. You choose which of these appear.
Do guests need an account?
No. They tap the RSVP button inside the invitation and answer right there in the browser.

Can I edit or delete a reply?
Yes. You can correct entries yourself, and guests can send an updated reply from the same link.
